I recently tried this recipe for Grilled Tuna Steaks and wanted to share it with you.
This recipe is quite easy to make and is delicious. I served these tuna steaks with a
Caesar Salad. Try this recipe the next time you grill.

GRILLED TUNA STEAKS

4 tuna steaks (6 oz. each)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Tobasco
2 large cloves garlic, halved
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix marinade ingredients--olive oil, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy
sauce, Tobasco, garlic, salt and pepper--in a bowl. Lay the tuna steaks out in a pan
and cover with the marinade. Put the steaks in the refrigerator to marinate for
10 minutes. Preheat the grill or broiler. Use the sauce to marinate the fish while it
cooks. Cook 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the fish is white and flaky inside
when pierced with a fork. Serves 4.
