This Caesar Salad recipe is a great accompaniment to any meal. I use a hand-held blender to mix all the ingredients. When completely blended, the dressing is smooth and creamy. If you don't like the idea of using raw eggs, use egg substitute. You can also coddle the eggs (drop in boiling water for a minute or two) before blending with the dressing ingredients.

Caesar Salad

 Dressing:
 1 cup oil
 1 teaspoon minced garlic
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 1/3 cup lemon juice
 2 eggs
 Dash Worcestershire sauce

Blend ingredients in a jar or bowl. Pour over a salad made with Romaine lettuce, Boston lettuce, sliced red onions, and sliced mushrooms. Top salad with crumbled blue cheese and Caesar Salad croutons.
